I thoroughly enjoyed this story, it's highly original and a unique piece of dark fantasy. The characters and plot are well developed, and it's highly unusual in terms of fantasy, nothing is straight forward and obvious, and I've not read any fantasy of this kind before. It also avoids fantasy cliche, the mighty muscled warrior wielding a big sword and prancing around in a loin cloth does not appear, neither do we get the traditional war between the forces of good and evil. I thoroughly enjoyed the piece, and you get two short stories thrown in, these are also very good, and quite unusual. More please?!
